Instructions

  1. First clean the mushrooms, pointed peppers and carrots and cut into slices.
  2. Then mix the minced meat with one tablespoon each of Sambal Oelek and Ajvar, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Now cook the spaetzle in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat in a roasting pan. As soon as the minced meat is ready, add the mushrooms, paprika and carrots one after the other and then fry again. Add the finished spaetzle with cream, crème fraîche, vegetable stock, remaining sambal oelek and ajvar and season with salt and pepper as desired.
