Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the vegetables and slice the carrots, dice the potatoes and cut the leek into rings. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, fry the minced meat in it, season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped vegetables, fill with the stock and cook for approx. 30 minutes. Season to taste again depending on your taste.
