Fry the minced meat in olive oil, add the diced onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Fry until there is no more liquid in the pan.
Add the chopped zucchini and the leek, cut in the same way. Steam while stirring several times for about 10 minutes.
Put in the ajvar. Then pour in the cream, add the processed cheese, let it melt and stir again. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the chopped herbs (as much as possible) and season with salt and pepper.
Just before serving, spread the diced mozzarella on top and let it get hot. I made tricolor pasta with it. We all tasted it great!
