- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan, fry the onion, garlic and ginger.
- Gradually add the meat and fry until crumbly.
- Add strips of white cabbage and fry.
- Season with cinnamon, pepper, salt and both types of paprika as well as cumin, stir well.
- Pour in some broth, stir and let cook, covered, until the cabbage has the desired consistency. Stir again and again, if necessary, add more stock.
- Season to taste with lemon juice and other spices.
- Potatoes or flatbread go well with it
