For the rice, heat the butter in a saucepan and sweat the onion cubes in it until translucent, add the rice and pour the stock (adjust the amount depending on the type of rice), bring to a boil and let the rice swell over a low flame.
For the sauce, put the tomatoes and their juice in a high saucepan and puree with the hand blender, bring to the boil, reduce a little and season with cayenne pepper, salt and paprika (round off with a little sugar if necessary).
For the patties of minced meat, diced onions, garlic, eggs and curd cheese, mix very well into a smooth dough and season the meat dough with salt and pepper. Shape 16 small patties with moistened hands and roll them in sesame seeds.
Heat the oil in a pan and carefully fry the patties over medium heat, do not let the sesame burn.
Serve with the rice, hot tomato sauce and possibly salad.
