Cut the onions, garlic and peeled potatoes into pieces.
Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the onions and garlic.
Then add the minced meat until it is well done. Pour the broth over it, add tomato paste and paprika. Then add the potatoes and cook on high for 10 minutes. Add the remaining spices and, for a bit of spiciness, the Sambal Oelek, simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat, depending on your taste.
