Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut in half if necessary. Fry the potatoes in a large pan in hot oil for about 20 minutes, turning and seasoning more often.
  2. In the meantime, peel the onions and cut into wedges. After about 5 minutes, add the wedges to the potatoes and brown them with them. Take out everything.
  3. Fry the minced meat in the frying fat until crumbly.
  4. Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves off.
  5. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and ajvar. Pour in approx. 1/4 liter of water and bring to the boil. Add the thyme and simmer for another 5 minutes. Mix in the potatoes and onions. Simmer everything for another 5 minutes. Season everything with the spices again. Spread the crème fraîche on top in blobs.
