  1. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly.
  2. Cook the rice according to the instructions and keep warm.
  3. Mix the cream and broth and add to the minced meat. Add the processed cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the peas and carrots and simmer for 5 minutes. Thicken everything with cornstarch. Fold in the cooked rice.
