Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in hot oil. Dice the onion and add it. Stir in the tomato paste. Add the rice and cook until translucent. Deglaze with the broth, bring to the boil and simmer covered until the rice is cooked through. Stir in between.
  2. Mix the pea and corn mix into the rice and season with salt, pepper, paprika and a pinch of sugar.
