Instructions

  1. Dice one shallot and cut one into slices. Cut the zucchini into slices. Cut the tomato into eighths. Finely dice the peppers.
  2. Knead the minced meat, 1 tablespoon quark, shallot cubes, and paprika cubes. Shape a minced steak out of this and fry each side for about 4 minutes.
  3. Fry the shallot slices and zucchini for about 3 minutes. Add the tomato, pour in the stock, and stew for three minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and thyme. Chop the remaining herbs, mix with the quark, season with salt and pepper and serve with the minced steak.
