Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into very small cubes and fry them in hot oil until golden. Press the garlic cloves or add them finely chopped. Braise the minced meat and season with 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper and paprika powder. Pour the tomatoes and water over it and let it stew with the lid closed.
  2. In the meantime, dice the potatoes into approx. 1 x 1 cm pieces, wash them well and then add them straight away. Let the whole thing simmer for about 10 minutes and then add the beans and the diced paprika. Simmer for another 5 minutes and season with salt and seasoning.
  3. You can vary this recipe as you like. I also like to add carrots, zucchini, fresh mushrooms or a can of corn, depending on what`s in the house.
