Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, flour, milk, salt, pepper, paprika and curry together. Chop the cheese and mix in (use grated cheese if necessary).
  2. Cut the onions into pieces, the potatoes into small cubes and fry them in a preheated pan with olive oil until they are lightly brown. Then pour the cheese and egg mixture over it, cut the ham into slices and mix in quickly before the egg sets. When the lower side has turned a nice brown color, turn it again and fry again briefly on the other side.
  3. Serve immediately with fresh rolls or a small salad.
  4. Variation: instead of ham, fry the bacon cubes with the potatoes and onions.
