Mix the flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, salt and the egg in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Halve the dough and stir in the cocoa powder in one half.
Bake small pancakes one after the other in a non-stick pan. Stack the mini pancakes, alternately placing a light and dark mini pancake on top of each other. Top with a physalis and a slice of banana. Stick a kebab skewer in each serving.
