Using a glass and a knife, cut 4 small tortillas out of the wheat tortilla.
Season the tomato sauce with Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Halve the cocktail tomatoes. Cut the bifi into slices. Finely dice the paprika.
Place the tortillas on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with the sauce. Cover two pieces with paprika and Bifi. The other two with the tomato halves. Sprinkle all 4 with the cheese.
Bake the mini pizzas in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown and enjoy while still hot.
