Instructions

  1. Do not cook the potatoes completely in salted water without peeling them. Peel and roughly grate. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Shape it into four small hash browns and fry them in hot clarified butter.
  2. Cut the goat cream cheese into four slices.
  3. Remove the core from the apple with an apple bur. Cut four slices out of the middle.
  4. Melt the butter and sugar in a pan, glaze the apple slices in it. Place in an ovenproof dish, cover each with a slice of goat cream cheese. Melt under the grill. Place on the rösti, garnish with a sprig of thyme and lettuce leaves.
