Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in approx. 220 ml of lukewarm water. Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Knead with 2 tablespoons of oil and the yeast water. Cover and let rise in a warm place until the dough has risen. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, with circulating air to 180 degrees.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces. Roll out on a little flour. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the tomatoes with the remaining oil and herbs and distribute on the pizzas. Sprinkle the pizza seasoning on top. Cut the tomatoes into 12 slices and place one slice on each of the pizzas. Place the salami slices on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
