Instructions

  1. Cut the sausage into slices (approx. 6 mm thick). Cut out the cheese into circles of the same size. Then stack sausage-cheese-sausage-cheese-sausage and put them together with a toothpick. Then wrap the skewer lengthways with bacon (it is best to attach it again to the toothpick ends). Then for about 10 minutes (depending on the desired crispness of the bacon) on the grill.
