For the dough, knead the flour, butter and sugar and add enough water to make a homogeneous dough. Cover the dough and chill for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the chocolate for the filling. Mix the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and chocolate together.
Grease the muffin pan with butter. Then roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out 12 large circles (preferably with a 1/2 l beer mug). Line the hollows of the muffin tin with the dough circles. Pour the cream cheese filling into the molds and bake the tartlets in the preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 15 minutes until the filling is firm.
When the tartlets have cooled, decorate with a swab of whipped cream and sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Finally dust with cocoa powder.
