Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with butter, sugar and 1 egg until a smooth dough is formed - this is best done by hand.
  2. Line a small springform pan (approx. 16 cm - 18 cm) or a pie crust form with baking paper. Set the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Place the dough on the floor with your hand and now press the dough up to the sides with your fingers so that an approx. 2 cm high edge is created. This can of course also be done with a spoon.
  4. For the filling, stir together the quark, 1 egg, sugar and pudding powder. Then carefully add the milk. The filling shouldn`t be really runny, but rather thick - like pancake batter. But if too much milk came in, stir in a little flour or cornstarch. Pour the filling on the bottom.
  5. Put in the hot oven and bake on the second rack from the bottom for about 60-80 minutes. The cake is ready when it has risen and is golden brown. Switch off the oven and let the cake rest for approx. 5 minutes. Then let cool in the mold on a rack.
