Instructions

  1. The weight information is approximate, as it ultimately depends on the size of the zucchini how much you need. But a normal household package of cream cheese and smoked salmon is more than sufficient for one load.
  2. Wash the zucchini and slice lengthways into thin slices. Place baking paper on a baking sheet and place the zucchini slices brushed with olive oil on top. Roast the slices in the oven for about 25 minutes at 220 degrees until they turn color. Turn once. After baking, let the zucchini cool on kitchen paper.
  3. Coat the cooled slices thinly with the herbal cream cheese and spread the smoked salmon cut into small pieces on top. Then roll up the zucchini slices like a roulade. Eat the first roll straight away, serve the rest.
  4. You can probably fry the zucchini slices in the pan, but then they will certainly be greasy, which may affect the taste too much.
