Instructions

  1. For the dough, stir the butter until foamy and gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Then stir in the eggs and flavor. Gradually mix in the flour mixed with baking powder and milk alternately. Finally fold in the chocolate and nuts and stir everything until a smooth dough is formed. This should be difficult to fall off the spoon.
  2. Grease silicone muffin cups and place in a muffin tin. Pour in the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes. Perform a chopstick sample. Let cool down completely.
  3. Meanwhile for the frosting: briefly beat a mug of cream. Mix the cream stiffener, vanilla sugar and sugar and add. Whip the cream very stiff. Gradually fold in the quark by hand. Finally, work in the food coloring (1/2 tube or depending on the desired color intensity). Mix everything well and chill the frosting.
