Instructions

  1. If no mint is available, then scald the lemon balm in a 200 ml mug with boiling water and let it steep for 8 minutes.
  2. Wash the lemons and limes with hot water. Cut one lemon and one lime each into slices. Squeeze the rest of the lemons and limes. Mix the juice with the fruit slices, the cane sugar and the mint. Alternatively, add the brewed lemon balm tea. Mix until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the mineral water. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Can be gradually topped up with more mineral water at will.
