Instructions
- Heat 100 ml water with the 15 fresh mint leaves over medium-high heat until boiling (2-3 minutes).
- Remove from heat, strain out the mint leaves, and discard.
- Stir in the 3 tablespoons sugar and 4 tablespoons lemon juice.
- Let cool to room temperature (30-45 minutes).
- Pour into a pitcher and add the 1 liter mineral water.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve over ice cubes.
