- First brew the mint tea with the water and let it steep for about 5 minutes, then remove the bags. Add the sugar and dissolve. Let the tea cool down.
- As soon as the tea is cold, add lime juice, passion fruit juice, mineral water and rum, stir everything well and let the cocktail steep a little.
- To serve, fill into glasses and decorate with a sprig of mint each.
