Instructions

  1. Rinse and roughly chop the mint. Stir in the yoghurt and leave to stand in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Wash and core the apple and pear, if necessary peel and cut into cubes. Mix with the mint yoghurt and sweeten with agave syrup or honey.
