Instructions
- Rinse the mint leaves and roughly chop them.
- Stir the chopped mint into the yogurt and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- Wash the apple and pear. Core them and cut into cubes, peeling if desired.
- Mix the fruit cubes with the mint yogurt and sweeten with 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey.
