Instructions

  1. Beat the minute steaks with the meat mallet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Fry in a pan with olive oil over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side, remove and keep warm.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and in the same pan as before, sauté the meat with the parsley over medium heat until the cubes are translucent. If necessary, add a little olive oil. Increase the heat so that the onion takes on color, but does not turn black. Deglaze with the red wine and let it boil down. Add the flour, stir briefly and immediately fill up with the stock. Reduce for about 5 minutes over medium heat until the sauce is creamy. Put the steaks in the sauce and turn them so that they are coated with sauce on both sides. Cover the pan and let it steep for another 5 minutes with the stove switched off or on induction on the keep warm setting.
  3. French fries, fried potatoes, rice and a green salad or baguette go well with this.
  4. Note: You can also use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder. This is then sweated together with the onion.
