Mix the curry, paprika, cayenne, oil, cream and ketchup together. Cover the minute steaks with the marinade and let them steep.
Clean the beans, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until firm to the bite in salted water, then drain.
Finely chop the onion, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sauté the onion until translucent and then add the diced ham. Add the cooked beans and toss the whole thing through. Season with a little salt, the chilli sauce, the chilli flakes and the thyme.
Heat a coated pan and fry the marinated minute steaks on both sides without adding any oil.
