- Stone the mirabelle plums and puree them finely. Add the milk and oatmeal and stir well. Fill into two bowls and best place in the fridge overnight.
- After a few hours, everything should have a yogurt-like consistency. Before serving, decorate with toppings if you like.
- I like to have some more oat flakes, fresh mirabelle plums, chia seeds and desiccated coconut. But you can decorate it however you want.
