Instructions

  1. White cabbage is found in many kitchens, even in Japan and China. For good reason: It tastes good, is healthy and has many vitamins, especially vitamins C and K. (Has been to Asia very often.)
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage. Quarter the cabbage and cut out the stalk.
  3. Cut the cabbage quarters into strips. Rinse the peppers. clean and remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into cubes. Peel the carrots, rinse and cut into slices. Clean and rinse the celery and leek. Unthread the celery (pieces of wood) and cut both vegetables into pieces.
  4. Put all the prepared ingredients in a large saucepan and cover with water. Stir in the onion soup and cook for about 30 minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes with the juice and cook for another 20 minutes.
  6. Let the soup cool down and store in the refrigerator. Possibly season in portions with soy sauce (not with salt).
  7. Caution: The miracle soup is not suitable for a balanced diet for weeks.
  8. To shed a few pounds quickly in a few days, it is quite OK.
  9. What else is allowed, fresh fruit, vegetables.
  10. No potatoes. !!!!
