Prepare the spaghetti in salted water. Cut the garlic cloves into fine slices. Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan and fry the garlic slices briefly (must not turn brown). Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes (more or less pelati can be used as required). Bring to the boil briefly and season as required.
My recommendation: fresh basil and a little oregano spice, a little salt and garlic. The whole thing is seasoned with piri-piri.
The sauce is now mixed with the cooked spaghetti in the pan. Serve with parmesan and pepper.
