Instructions

  1. Sort the lamb`s lettuce, wash and drain. Wash the rocket, radicchio or oak leaf lettuce, drain and cut into small pieces. Peel and dice shallot, then mix with salad herbs, olive oil and vinegar to make a dressing. Add a little water, add salt if necessary.
  2. Slice the cucumber into a salad bowl, cut the paprika into small cubes, clean the mushrooms if necessary and cut them into flakes, also add to the bowl. Add the drained lettuce and mix with the dressing. Wash tomatoes, cut into wedges, mix in.
  3. Roast the sunflower seeds in a small saucepan or pan and sprinkle over the salad.
