Dice the feta cheese and place in a large bowl. Put the kidney beans and corn in a colander, wash well and drain. Wash and clean the tomatoes, half the cucumber and 3 peppers, cut into fine cubes and place in the bowl. Add the corn and beans as well as the 20 pitted and cut black olives. Season to taste with all the spices.
Mix well but carefully so as not to damage the cheese. Let it steep, taste it, adjust the seasoning and serve with bread and butter.
