Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and pluck it into small pieces (you can of course also use other lettuce, e.g. lamb`s lettuce, oak leaf lettuce, etc.), cut the mango into small pieces, wash the tomatoes and cut in half or quarter. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
  2. Roast the pine nuts in a pan, leave to cool and sprinkle over the salad.
  3. Make a dressing from oil, water, mustard, honey, herbs, crème fraîche, balsamic vinegar and orange juice and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
