- First wash all ingredients thoroughly. Cut the peppers and feta cheese into cubes and halve the tomatoes. Halve the cucumber and cut into slices.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl and add the vinegar and oil. Chop the salad herbs and stir in. Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper.
- Cut the lettuce into small pieces and mix with the bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese. Pour the dressing over it and mix gently.
- The salad tastes wonderfully fresh and goes especially well with grilled food in summer.
