Wash the lettuce and dry it well. Then lay out the plate well with the leaves. Always align the stems to the center of the plate.
Fold the sausage slices one by one so that they are double. Now lay them on the plate in a fan shape. When the circle is complete, place a second smaller circle with the double discs in the middle of the plate.
When all the sausage slices are on the plate, wash and dry the bunch of radishes well. Then place the green as a whole bunch in the middle of the plate. It can lie on the sausage slices. But these should protrude below. Garnish with the parsley and cherry tomatoes (wash and dry beforehand).
