Mix the flour, salt and dry yeast together. Add water, honey and oil and work into a smooth dough for about 5 minutes. Dust with flour and cover in a warm place until it has visibly enlarged (30 - 50 minutes).
Grease the loaf pan. Knead the dough well again and place in the mold. Brush with water and dust with flour. Cover the dough again and let rise until it has doubled (about 20-30 minutes). Then cut several times with a knife first long, then crosswise about 1 cm deep. Bake the bread at around 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
