Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolates and butter in a double boiler. Bring the cream with the soluble coffee to the boil in the saucepan, then slowly fold into the chocolate mixture.
  2. Fill into small espresso cups or shape into dumplings and serve decorated with whipped cream and chocolate flakes.
