Finely chop 180 g mocha chocolate. Bring 400 ml milk to the boil. Mix the cocoa, sugar and cappuccino powder with the remaining 100 ml milk until smooth. Pour into the boiling milk. Remove from heat, dissolve chopped chocolate in it. Whip the cream. Pour 2 cl of Baileys into each cup, fill up with cocoa, and sprinkle with cream. Garnish with the rest of the grated mocha chocolate and cinnamon.
