Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Dissolve instant coffee with lukewarm water and stir into the foam mass. Dissolve gelatine in a little water, stir carefully into the mixture and let rest for 10 minutes. Whip the cream into whipped cream and fold half of it into the cream, pour into glasses and decorate with the remaining whipped cream and mocha beans
