Peel the peel thinly from the half of the unsprayed orange and set it aside. Squeeze the 2 oranges and bring the juice to the boil with the rock candy and boil down for 10 minutes. Then dissolve the instant mocha in it and let it cool.
Add the brandy, coffee beans and the orange peel and refrigerate. Let the mocha liqueur soak for 3 days, pour through a sieve and fill into bottles.
Tastes pure, with a little whipped cream or in coffee.
