Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients up to the buttermilk and place on the greased tray.
  2. Then mix 1 cup of sugar with the desiccated coconut and pour onto the dough.
  3. Bake the cake for approx. 25 minutes at 200 °, immediately pour a mug of whipped cream (liquid) onto the cake while it is still hot.
  4. You can modify the dough well by placing apple slices or cherries or even jam dots, then grated coconut with sugar.
