Instructions

  1. Put the egg, sugar and oil in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Add the yoghurt and stir well again. Add the flour and baking powder to the bowl and fold into the batter. Add the vanilla flavor and chocolate shavings if you like. Stir the dough again and pour it into the greased cup.
  2. The mass is enough for one large cup or two small ones.
  3. Bake in the microwave at about 800 watts for about 3 minutes until the cake has risen. Do the chopsticks test to see if the dough is ready.
  4. Turn the cake out onto a plate or spoon it out of the cup and serve warm.
