Instructions

  1. Put the quark in a colander to drain.

  3. Mix the remaining flour thoroughly with the baking powder. Mix the butter and sugar, stir in the eggs, salt and the drained quark, add the flour-baking powder mixture, tablespoon at a time, while stirring. Finally fold in the raisins.
