Remove a tablespoon of the flour and mix it well with the raisins so that they don`t stick together.
Mix the remaining flour thoroughly with the baking powder. Mix the butter and sugar, stir in the eggs, salt and the drained quark, add the flour-baking powder mixture, tablespoon at a time, while stirring. Finally fold in the raisins.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Put 12 piles of dough on top with the help of two tablespoons. Depending on the size of the tray, it is better to bake six rolls twice, the dough will still rise and the rolls will stick together.
