Instructions

  1. First mix the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa and almonds - together. Then heat the sunflower oil, the vegetable drink - I used a rice drink - and the dark cream in a saucepan. Stir at the same time so that the dark cream melts and everything becomes a homogeneous mass. Mash the bananas. Mix the oil-drink-chocolate mixture with the dry ingredients, mix into a batter and add the bananas.
  2. The oven should be preheated to 175 ° top and bottom heat. Put the dough in the pre-greased form and bake in the oven for about an hour. You can use the chopstick sample to check whether it is really finished. If the dough sticks, leave it in the oven a little longer. When it`s done, take it out and let it cool on a rack.
  3. For all those who don`t know what dark cream is: This is basically a vegan Nutella alternative. I took the one from dm Bio. It`s not that expensive, super tasty and dissolves well.
