Ingredients
Fresh mint – 20 g
Lime or lemon – 1 pc.
Sugar – 1 teaspoon + for decoration
Fresh ginger – 4 g
Sprite sparkling water (or soda water) – 360-400 ml
Let’s start by decorating the glasses. Cut off a slice of lime, grease the edges of the glasses from the inside and outside. Dip the top of the glass into the sugar.
We send fresh mint leaves and half a lime, cut into cubes, into the mortar. We turn everything into gruel.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and grind to let the lime juice.
Transfer the lime with mint to glasses. We clean the ginger root and add 2 small circles to each serving.
Cut 2 circles from the remaining lime for decoration, and cut the rest of the lime into slices.
Put ice in glasses, alternating with lime wedges. (To make the ice transparent, pour boiled, but not hot water into the moulds.)
Fill everything with sweet sparkling water. Decorate with mint leaves and decorate glasses with lime slices. Mojito non-alcoholic cocktail is ready!
