Instructions

  1. Place the limes in warm water, then roll them vigorously on the table top and then squeeze out. Cut the mint into very fine strips and add to the lime juice. Add the sugar syrup and the white rum.
  2. Freeze in the ice cream maker or put the whole thing in a shallow bowl in the freezer, stirring well with a whisk after freezing.
