Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and mix in a small bowl. Sweeten the fruit salad with 1 tablespoon of honey and, if necessary, season with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
Put the Greek yogurt in a small bowl and mix with the lime juice and brown sugar. It is better to only take 1 tablespoon of sugar first and, if necessary, add a second tablespoon after seasoning. Finely chop 10-15 mint leaves and add to the yogurt.
Choose beautiful glasses for serving (e.g. a bulbous wine glass or a straight glass that is not too narrow). First put the fruit salad in the glass and pour the mojito yoghurt over it. If you like, you can sprinkle a little brown sugar over it and garnish with a mint leaf.
