• 1 bunch parsley leaves
• 5 cloves garlic
• 1 glass olive oil
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin powder
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander powder
• 3 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon, leveled salt

Instructions

1. Chop all the ingredients and mix them together, I`ll do it in the food processor.
2. Pour into a glass or pour over the warm boiled potatoes immediately, unless you can get papas arrugadas somewhere.
