For the sauce, mix first the liquid, then the dry ingredients (up to and including pepper) and let them steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet or to your taste, drain and allow to cool.
Then mix with onions, paprika and cheese and pour about 2/3 of the sauce over it, stir and let steep for another hour. (Can also be prepared the day before). If necessary, add more sauce.
Tip: some like it hot, i.e. prepare and serve the salad with the warm pasta.
