Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar together for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined
- Stir in the rum and nuts
- Grease the Easter lamb molds with fat
- Divide the dough evenly among the molds
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 60 minutes
